Sorry for the lack of posting lately! But . . . well . . .
Yep!! Emerald City Comic Con is this week! I’ve been packing up books and goodies to go with me, as well as nailing down exactly where I’ll be located. Booth 1907 on the third level will be my stomping grounds with K.A. DaVur and James Peercy, and if you come by and mention this post (or any of my tweets over the course of the con) you’ll be able to snag a free “I Am A Chronicle” or “I Am A Fury” sticker. 😀 Here’s a map to make finding me easier.
And in OTHER news, today (Sunday the 23rd of March) is the BIG DAY. That’s right. Today at 2:30pm (PST), my hair goes under the clippers and I’m going bald for not just cancer research, but a chance to reboot my self-worth. And, you know, being the photographer I am, I couldn’t resist making a movie poster for it. I put out the call for suggestions, and adventure won by a landslide. I decided a sort of Tomb Raider vibe was appropriate for my gamer heart.
There’s still time to donate to my campaign, and I stand at $855. Just how high can we take that? You can donate here.
One last note before I stop rambling this early in the morning: I will be blogging about my journey up to ECCC, the event itself, and coming back. My insane mother and I are driving the whole leg from Sacramento to Seattle, and that means we’ll be stuck in a Highlander with music, Netflix, and each other. Insanity is inevitable, really.
Bring it on!!
