The mists closed in ominously as the light turned . . . off. The Girl felt a chill. Emerging from the mists came an eerie figure whose magic did not sparkle. The Watcher smiled with eyes that did not care. “Here, come with me,” they offered. Before The Girl could speak or run, a beautiful sigil burst into the air and repelled The Watcher. “Go!” they yelled, and The Girl did, fleeing from the mists toward the sigil and the smell . . . of cookies?
As promised, the much awaited entry of the first dark character of the Magic World! Can we just take a moment to appreciate not just Theresa Stribling for her incredible acting, but for the epic makeup done by Luna? Also, Theresa literally put together that costume on the spot from pieces she brought. If you’re a fan of my blog or photography, you know she’s crazy talented as a costumer. If you’re new (hi!), please check her out at Monarch Creations (She’s also on FB.)!
This was the second half of the shoot done that late Friday evening I mentioned back in the second part of The Door. (Link is at the top.) At this date, I have completed eight shoots, and there are MANY more planned! Next time, we’ll get to meet the person who repelled The Watcher and find out just why The Girl could smell cookies.
And do be careful in those mists, everyone . . . there’s more danger in the future . . .
